Terms of Trade

Quality

Output quality depends largely on the quality of the file supplied by the customer. Digital printing employs CMYK colour space. Therefore prints will vary from what you see on your monitor which uses RGB. Similarly, Pantone colours, which are specific mixes of printers inks, cannot be expected to be faithfully reproduced. We therefore do not guarantee colour fidelity.

Pricing

Our price lists and quotes are inclusive of GST and are applicable only for printing from ready-to-print files supplied by the customer or his agent unless otherwise stated in writing. Any work required to “fix” files or to make changes is additional cost and will be charged at our prevailing rates. These rates are available on request. Various price lists may carry terms and conditions specific to those items. Those terms and conditions are to be read in addition to the terms and conditions listed here.

Payment

Unless credit account has been established orders to be completed within 24 hours, full payment is required before commencement of work, else a deposit of 50% is payable with order, the balance to be paid in full before delivery or pick up. Deposits paid are not refundable once work has begun.

Turnaround Times

While we endeavour to meet all delivery times, failure to meet deadlines, for whatever reason, will not constitute a breach of agreement and does not entitle you to void orders or to make any claim for compensation.

Delivery

If delivery is required, allow extra days depending on delivery address and we do not guarantee carrier’s delivery performance. Title for such items and the risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Acceptance

Without exception, we will undertake work only if you agree to our Terms and Conditions. By placing a firm order with us, it is understood that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
